Starring Jim Hutton, Milton Berle. Joey Bishop, Dorothy Provine, Walter Brennan & Bob
Bob's Take: My biggest memory of this movie was the friction between Joey and Milton, all over where to stand
in a long shot where we all looked like ants. This happened at 2 AM. I was playing a Good Humor man and all of us were supposed to drive our vehicles into the middle of the town square, get out
and stand in a group. The director was on a crane high above the street, which is the reason we all looked like ants. Anyway, I drove in, jumped out of my truck and joined the others. Pretty soon I saw
Milton and Joey shoving each other, yelling at the top of their lungs. The director was trying his best to get off the crane and down to the scene of the action. When he finally made it, he asked what
was going on. Well, the problem seemed to be who was standing on whose mark. Explaining to them that there was no need for marks in such a long shot didn't seem to help one bit. Finally the
director wrote each of their names in chalk on the street while Walter and I sat on the curb watching.
